Over the years I've thrown away stacks of pages of I've written longhand & notebooks filled with stories. Sometimes I regret it later, but you can't keep it all. You need to jettison that first million words of crap and and a good portion of the second one too.

But deleting electronic files full of stories is just way too easy. I Frequently delete lj posts after a bit, if there are no comments. I did some tonight. cutting
